I understand what it is like to be in the sun all day. I am studying Marine Biology so I am outside a lot and in the water too. I was snorkling on day collecting specimens and my whole back was bright red! The sunburn went away in a few days so having one for 6 months straight isn't good. But after a sunburn I use After Sun lotion with aloe and it helps a lot!!
aloa its this cold gell that you rub on and leave it to dry. you could buy it in any drug store. this coolsyour body and now when you peel, which you will eventually, it peels a tan color, BUT THIS DOSE NOT PREVEN SKIN CANCER! and you should not have a sun burn for six months, so you should go check that out with a doctor.
@nolegrl is right.... sunburns dont usually last that long at all. You may have a reaction --- DEFINITELY you need to see a Dr about it --- dematologist is best, but your own family dr if you can't get there ....
A sunburn should only last a few days (minor) to a few weeks (if it needs to peal). You need to talk to someone about that because it is not a normal sunburn if a sunburn at all.
I m afraid that it's too late for sunscreen.
Based on your description i recommend seeing a doctor right away. It sounds to me like a more serious condition than sunburn
You've had a sunburn for 6 months straight? If you have you may want to see a dermatologist because sunburn shouldn't last that long.
actually i am a tennis player and i hvn't used sunscreen cz i did not use to care about it :/ yeah i know weird.thanks anyway.
as i said.i play tennis under the scorching sun i did not use sunscreen coz i was too careless and lazy :( thanks btw
Use sunscreen on your face and hands....often during the day....you could also wear gloves (for hands anyway).
