Shave downwards from now on. You are getting red bumps because you are chaving upwards. Use a good shaving foam and a good razor (not the disposable ones) and you'll be fine. I found out conditioner is pretty good for shaving- the outcome will be more smoother. I know it's difficult and takes more time when you shave downwards but just take your time. Good things take time :} The red bumps will go away by themselves but you could put some E45 cream on and they will go away a little faster. Hope I helped!
Razor burn is not pretty and it is quite uncomfortable. First you might want to clean it with an antibacterial cleanser. Then use a hot compress to reduce the bumps. Use hydrocortisone cream on the bumps. Wear cotton underwear.
In the future. Use a good and new razor every couple of shaves. Use a shaving gel. Shave in the direction of hair growth. Exfoliate the area every couple of days, should help stop ingrown hair.
I use a women's deoderant (the stick type) and baby powder. Those help to stop my shaving rash.
Also try the following - NEVER shave dry - Always use a sharp razor - Use a good shaving cream or aquaeous cream (it is hypoallergenic and won't give you a reaction) - Try not to shave in the opposite direction of hair grow, that is sure to give you ingrown hairs
well gotta find out what causes them..... i use "smooth away hair removal pads" then when i try o shave i get red bumps ALL OVER and i cut myself so much but maybe try to put some kind of cream on it it might help
Try getting special shaveing cream for down there. That's what I do and it works realllllly well :) and I always shave in the direction my hair is growing. That makes it so there are no red bumps
Make sure your using a good razor. Like the venus ones with the moveable head. Also like a good shavin cream lol good luck though!
As soon as you're done shaving use a powder deoderant.....it really works! One like Secret powder.....
Best. Answer. Ever.
