How can I get rid of this painful, ugly nose blemish?

I have this zit on my nose but it wont go away. What home remedies can I use to get rid of it? At first, I thought it was a bug bite, since it was itchy, but it grew, and I know it is a zit. It has a large red bump and them the area around it is extremely red and it hurts, even if i move my nose a little. What can I do??

I’d just pop it if it’s ready…but if not, use some kind of spot treatment. Clearasil is best when it comes to fast AND potent. Sorry I couldn’t give any home remedies :/

I foundt hat clean and clear, this one to be specific, http://funadvice.com/r/15vs7f29o41 Helped A LOT with all my painful big acne a few years back. I had tried many different acne washes and acne treatments none worked for me except that one. It might be worth while looking into that one, it’s not expensive $10 at most and lasts a while. You can also try some spot treatment.

Warm compress to drAw the stuff out for the first half of the day, change it to make it warm-hot temp every 15 mins. Then ice it to close your pores and force it up and out. I recommend the proactive refining mask also. Amazing if you use it as a spot treatment on a pimple just forming, or even on ones already out of the skin. Really draws the stuff out. I use it any time I feel a little bump under my skin, or even if I see a red mark of one coming and 95% of the time it just doesn’t mature :) and one little bottle has lasted me from new years and I still have about half left to use
