Bleaching is good, but not the kind you use with clothing… that would be very bad :c

How much hair are we talking about? Waxing is a good method, but really, it depends on the hair growth. If you have an abnormal amount, it could be a hormonal imbalance and you can bring it up with your doctor to see if there is any kind of hormone medications you can take to help. If it’s just some dark fuzz on your upper lip, I’d suggest waxing or bleaching or possibly just leaving it there. I personally like girls who are confident in just being themselves without worrying about what others might think about their looks.
