I have a HUGE fear of dolls, and this past year, I've been having nightmares, and been up all night, and waking up around 3 or 5 in the morning! i'm scared and tired I just want this to go away!!
Maybe if you try confronting your fear by being around a doll for a certain amount of time, you'll eventually realize that they are completely harmless and cannot hurt you. As for getting rid of the nightmares, I would suggest limiting your caffeine intake, reducing your stress level, and thinking positive thoughts throughout the day.
Confronting your fear. Have someone sit a doll in front of you. Slow your nerves. The thing can't attack you. The fear is what makes the doll appear scary, causing you to have this fear. Try carrying a doll around all day, then all week.
