How can I get rid of the extra fat?

I’ve lost about 30 pounds and I still can’t get rid of the fat on my love handles. I have insane curves and it’s been hard for me to lose the weight on my curves. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get rid of the fat? I don’t want it anymore! lol :P

Please and Thank you. :)

ah usually that’s the hardest bit of fat to burn off since the muscles and general area do not do any real work…

well modified sit ups usually work, you should grab a chair or a stool or something, lie down flat on your back and place your legs on the stool, it should look like you’re sitting on a chair (but on the ground :P) now instead of the traditional sit up you will come up and touch your left knee with your right shoulder and vice versa (or as close as you can, it will improve in time)

its a pretty tough sit up but if done regularly you will see the effects in 3 weeks, i had a video but it’s lost somewhere on youtube :(

oh also, the more you move your waist the more it will help in getting rid of your love handles, remember the muscles hardly do any work or movement so anything extra you can think of to move your trunk is good :)

You need to tone up. Work out with weights, if you go to a gym the trainers that work there we’ll tell you which weights exactly hit that spot.

I’ve learned from experience that if you keep up with eating healthy and exercising, your mind will try to make you eat a lot and that is when you actually start burning the fat if you resist. You have to resist the urge to eat and you will notice a huge difference!

Sounds like your love handles are stubborn. If you want them gone you’re probably gonna have to get your body fat % down to about 9 or 10 to see them vanish. Simply put it’s calories in vs calories out. If you’re burning more than you eat you lose body fat. Cardio is the best bet to lose body fat. HIIT works well, but walking burns body fat directly for energy. Here’s what you do. Multiply your body weight by 10 and that’s how many calories daily you should consume. With about an hour of cardio or weight lifting a day you should burn about 1-2 pounds of pure fat off your body each week. Keep protein high, maybe 150 grams a day and the rest of the calories from fats and carbs. If you want to go to the extreme you could try a keto diet. Basically you eat 0 carbs and high protein and fats and you burn a ton of fat. I did it last week and lost 8 pounds in 6 days. Google CKD diet and try it out. Its hard and really complex to master, but it’s worth it. Good luck!

Oh sorry I just realized you’re a girl. Didn’t notice cuz I’m on my iPhone haha. A healthy bf% for you would be about 20-25. And you’re young too. Just letting you know there’s no easy way to lose body fat. And doing sit ups won’t make you burn fat haha. Running/walking/swimming are all great, just make sure you eat your body weight times 10 and you should see results
