how can i get rid of these bumps on my forhead?

Well if it is acne, then acne is is a normal thing to have when you are going through puberty. I had it for a few years, now, I only have the occasional bumps. You can by acne cream at any local wal-mart, target, or drugstore. There are many different kinds, you have to find the one that works for you. Proactive is supposed to be good, it works for some, and others it doesn’t…you will just have to try it out and see if it works for you or not. I never treated my acne, I just left it alone and let nature take it’s course. Picking at the bumps can cause scars.

Keeping your face clean (washing it everyday with deep cleansing face wash) will help with the bumps. Also, you should avoid eating a lot of greasy foods, (greasy pizza, greasy hamburgers, etc…).

Also, you can use make up to cover the bumps, so that they won’t be as noticeable. However, using certain types of make up will clog your pores and make you bumps worse. Try a nice, light mineral powder foundation, as opposed to liquid, or anything that looks cakey. Also, don’t use too much, just enough to conceal the bumps.
