  You need to give more information...does it hurt when you urinate? Do you feel an urgency, even when you have just gone? Cranberry caplets DO help, but if you have a raging bladder infection you need anti-biotics. You don't want to let it go on and on, bladder infections turn into kidney infections if not taken care of...and you really REALLY don't want that.

  I'm not sure what your bladder problem is, but taking cranberry pills can help with issues in preventing and treating urinary tract infections and bladder infections :)

  First off, are you holding in your urine even when you feel the sensation to urinate? If you are, that can lead to a yeast infection.

  Drink lots of water, stay away from sugary and bubbly drinks, and if the problem persist go to the doctor.
