I'm mainly trying to decide between the ps2 (ps1 games are backwards compatible) and the n64 or the SNES
i remember the jaguar adverts where they claimed teh jag to be teh worlds 1st 64 bit console..
it was 32 bit video and 32 bit audio which makes 64 bit but even still the adverts were removed from air untill they made one stating it was actually only a 32 bit video console.
it was something like that anyway i cant 100% remember cus it was what, neally 20 years ago :S
PS2's are still sold in stores, why would you call that "old school/retro?" Go with either an NES or an SNES, the value is going up on them so if you get one now you can sell it later for a healthy profit AND get use out of it.
the N64, in my opinon is the best. with great games like super mario 64 and banjo kazooie/tooie...the NES also has many great games like robocop, teenage mutant ninja turtles, terminator 2, super mario, pinball ones, ect
Atari Jaguar now THOSE are hard to find... figures I found one and gave it away...
Atari 2600 Atari 5200 Atari 7800 Atari Jaguar
They're the real shizzle
n64..:) i dont know i just like old school games on there..like mario xD
ps2 has a lot of good games and good variety soo
I'd go with super nintendo, that was the best
What? no Atari? You don't know "retro" ;)
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! WHY!!!!! D:
