How do I rename my ipod shuffle?

iTunes won’t let me rename it, and I don’t know how to do it elsewhere. (Is it significant that I named it on a mac computer and am now using it with a pc?) Lol, help me, I’m clueless!

as far as i know you can’t, what would you wat to name it to?

If you plug it in to the computer it should have that thing were you click it to push the sync button. If you dont press that button and you right click it, it should pop up rename and other options but I’m not for sure.

I think on my iPod touch I have to either double-click on the name of it and it will change so I can type something different. If not, right click with your mouse and then choose “Rename”. That should do it.
