Does anyone remember this silly book?

Does anyone remember the name of a book, that had as the main character, a little old lady who was always coming up with silly ideas for problems? After she used the feathers from her geese to make a feather bed, she felt so bad for them she made them all little coats. Her christmas tree was too tall so she cut a hole in her roof.

Answer #1

I recognize the goose feather story. It’s from a book called “Agatha’s Feather Bed: Not Just Another Wild Goose Story”. The author is Carmen Deedy. I can’t remember if that book has the other stories your looking for though.

Answer #2

I came across this q looking for the same book. I think I found it: The Little Old Woman Who Used Her Head and other stories.
