Exercises/stretches. I went to my doctor for back pains, and she gave me some papers on exercises/stretches, and instructions and all that...because of my age, she didn't give me any pain killers...
So, the best thing to do is go to your doctor, because they know exactly what exercises/stretches will help your back, and can give you information on them. Also, they may even recommend a therapy place you can go to, where they actually talk you through the exercises and stretches, as well as make sure you are doing them properly....
If you attempt to do them on your own, you could end up making your back pain worse.
thnx I have had a bad back for 5 yrs now and i can't talk to anyone abt it because they all either think im being a baby or theres nuthing wrong wit me and im faking for attention. I dont care abt attention im nearly addicted to pain meds suicidal and have trouble sitting up in bed in the morning with no prior injuries and nobody thinks anything of it...one lil x-ray tht shows nuthing and now im a faker wow ppl irritate me....srrry i just went on a rant
You need to take anti-inflammatory diet and do some yoga for relieving all types of back pain. Yoga helps to improve flexibility and make your body well to perform without pain. The inflammatory diet (involves replacing sugary, refined foods with nutrient-rich foods) prevents the effects of inflammation.
back pain is a sign if either muscle tension or your back is out of alignment. depending on where your back hurts exactly, (ex).if your back hurts in your lower far sides, it could be a kidney infection. try a heating pad, chiropractor or cranberry juice, if you suspect its a kidney infection

The classic way to relieve back pain would be to lay flat on your back. Seeing I get pain in my back here and there, that's what I usually do, it works sometimes.
thnx ill ask for tht next time i go last time they just told me to keep taking my pain killers and took some x-rays
Heating pads work for me from time to time.
