It’s very possible she doesn’t know how to help you with your anger, so she ignores it. It is always nice to have someone there to comfort you, but its also important that you learn to calm yourself down. If you aren’t able to communicate with her why you’re so upset, its likely you are too mad to be trying to have a discussion with her about it anyway. Try calming yourself down a little bit, then come back and talk to her about how you feel. If she still isn’t receptive, then its possible she doesn’t like the way you’re acting, or at least thinks you’re over-reacting. Maybe when you’re calm and not upset at all you can bring it up and ask her why she doesn’t want to talk to you anymore. The key to a good relationship is communication.

I say this because my fiance shuts down whenever I get really mad and doesn’t say a word or tries to change the subject. She doesn’t like how I show my emotions. Eventually I learned to adjust and focus my mind to discussing WHY I was mad instead of venting my frustration on her. This works much better and she is receptive and willing to talk about why I’m mad.
