  Well, first you have to uninstall it by going to Control Panel>Programs>Programs and Features and selecting it from the list, and clicking "uninstall". (Instructions may be different depending on your operating system).

  Then, you go to whatever website you went to when you downloaded it the first time, and download it all over again. :-)

  Yeah just uninstall and then reinstall, if that doesn't work go back online and redownload the file and try installing it again.
