regarding my dick upper skin layer
I am 22 year old but my skin of a dick does not come down. is it a problem?
im not a guy but it sounds like it is a problem. you’re not circumcised and if you cant clean underneath it then it can cause infection so you need that part to come down. you need to visit your doctor and tell him so that he can at least give you antibiotics to make cleaning easier.
