Where can I get a reference?
My bloke is 31 hasnt worked since he was about 17 and his school is now shut, who could be his referee?
If hes ever done any odd jobs for people (cutting grass, fixing something, etc) he could use them as a reference. Refrences dont always have to be work related, especially when you have no prior work experience. It can also be adults who can vouche for his professional behavior, maturity, and responsibility.

but failing that i can too… but i must stress that id only be doing this for you so he can start supporting you.
im a fully qualified bricklayer and an ex subcontractor so pretty easy for me to get it sorted.
