But the best thing is twists....use a broom handle, put it over your shoulders & hold....twist from side to side....I used to do it while watching tv or listening to music....50+ twists several times a day & you will see a change within a few weeks. Also crunches from side to side are good for lovehandles.....do several times a day.
Best thing for love handles is exercise, but exercise which exercises that part of your body, like dancing, zumba, etc. But that being said, any cardio exercise would help you get rid off the love handles.
