You look much better in that one than the other one, but personally I prefer girls to look natural with little or no make-up, unless (unlike you) they have major cuteness deficiencies, serious barge-pole bruising, or bag on the head syndrome.

I think this one http://www.funadvice.com/photos/redish_pink_lipstick_2 looks nicer, but with your skin tone I think you should go for a more pale-ish color.

my skin really more tanish its just my camera and the lighting makes it look pale >.<
