get her to call her doctor! if she's in so much pain you might wanna take her to the hospital. if it hurts her so much and she can't move or walk then she really should see a doctor. something like fingering shouldn't cause that. are you sure that's all you did? and where exactly was it? because if it wasn't on clean ground or anything it could be an infection or something. but it does sound really serious. but don't freak out too much because it might just freak her out even more than it should.
