Red raised spots over my body look like knat bites?

My daughter has woken up with big raised spot like lumps over all of her legs and lower stomach now on her arms they look like a a bite but are too many for it to be that. we have gone through any alergies incase but she has had nor done anything different. at the moment she does not feel ill what could this be?

Does it itch?

It could be chicken pox. (it usually starts with her feeling nauseous a day or 2 before it comes out…when it’s out there usually isn’t any symptoms) Otherwise it could be bedbugs…if you have them there. Better to take her to a doctor for an accurate diagnoses.
