Yes. Energy drinks are not healthy. "The caffeine that is found in energy drinks is dangerous enough on its own. Not only is caffeine addictive, it acts as both a stimulant and a diuretic. As a stimulant, caffeine can make you have anxiety attacks, heart palpitations, and insomnia." - http://funadvice.com/r/3m5udup6ct
I sure hope not. Kids are drinking those. But no, they don't. Be careful with drinks like four loko, though. They have alot of caffeine mixed with alcohol = dangerous combination. The caffeine masks your realization that your drunk and cause people to drink for than they should, ending up in the hospital.
No, and I heard that the government may outlaw bars from mixing them because people get drunk from them but don't feel drunk because the caffeine in a way counter-acts the alcohol.
You can buy Red Bull energy drinks that do have Vodka in them at liquor stores. The Red Bulls in any other store won't have any alcohol in them, though.
