you have to type the password and information correct .
when you apply for the reset password you can type the correct e mail
if you want to change the e mail
you can change but you have to edit the profile first and type the new alternate e mail address
otherwise you lost no one cannot recover.
You're out of luck at that point, sorry...you might be able to contact the company to get the situation sorted, though.
