Its hard to tell without seeing her. A dogs eyes can be excessivly watery for several reasons, a cold, a scratch on her eye, her hair being too long and aggrivating her eye, a foreign object in her eye causing discomfort, or an infection such as conjunctivitis. Try and examine her eye if she will let you for any sign of a scratch or a foreign object in it. If you dont see anything and its still watering more than usual in a few hours take her to the vet to get checked for infections.
My boyfriend's boxer Jasmine has super watery eyes, when he took her to the vet, he found out she has allergies to the seasons changing. I suggest if she has long hair cut it around her eyes. It might be just a eye cold like people get. If she has allergies, you will definently tell later, her eyes will water more, and her nose will get stuffy. If you live in a place with snow. The wind could have blown in her face, and irritated her eyes. Hope i helpped.
