What could be the reason for the fluctuation in temperature?

What might be the reason that the temperature was 30’s and 20’s, then it went up to the 60’s and 70’s, then back down? I hear this whole Global Warming thing, but i’m not sure if I believe it or not!

Answer #1

Where im from that’s normal. One day were in the 30s and the next were in the 70s. Louisiana weather has always been that crazy as long as i can remember.

Answer #2

Global warming is not a matter of belief. It is a matter of evidence. And the evidence is overwhelming that global tempatures have been rising dramatically over the past 50-100 years. And that coincides with human industrialization that has added billions of tons of pollutants and CO2 into our atmosphere.

One of the theories with climate change are extremes in weather as you describe. That could be a cause of the wild swings in temp where you live.

Answer #3

Global warming isn’t really a day-to-day ordeal, it’s a rising yearly average in temperature, so I assume Mandyloo is right.

Answer #4

Temperature fluctuates. Always has always will. There is no such thing as global warming.
