Im a 13 year old girl 4 starters Ok I have really bad anger isues lol No but really What do I do to help from getting so mad I end up wanting to hit someone Or break things or hrow things everywhere And ughhh im so mad now I feel like killing myself I cry and shake I get so mad!!! I need help And my mom is nvr going to take me to anger managment What do I do??? Please help
im 14, and I have terrible anger problems too. well, usually- if im not in the right mood then ill throw things and ill yell at my mom. but I have one question- is it usually when you first wake up & when your hungry?
cause I have hypoglycemia- which means if I havent eaten ill be in the worst mood, or if I dont eat RIGHT then ill be angry too. my mom took me to anger management when I was 12 and trust me, that hasnt helped anything. when I was 13 (which was NOT long ago so lets pretend that I am) :P - but yeah my mom always tells me that its just because im a teenage girl and im going through changes blah blah blah

I knw how you feel!! and don't try 2 kill urself. I have tried 2xs and it achevs. NUTHN!!! just go 2 a REALLY REALLY REALLY GOOD FRIEND and discuss WHAT MAKES you ANGRYOnce you find out what makes you mad then try 2 avoid it and WHEN your ready confront it or this person

I hve anger issues sumtimes but all I do is blast the music up and cry 4 awhile...if that doesn't help just go 2 a person that really understands you and just open your heart to them ^__^ they will understand trust me

and try to scream into a pillow, lissen to music, yell out side, take a bath or shower,
try screaming in a pillow,tearing up paper .You should try getting a punching or boxing bag .It will help you realease your anger

turn you mp3 up as loud as it goes and close your eyes. sing along if nobody's listening. :]]]
