Real daughters pain

look his not my step dad his my biolocial father but it doesn’t seem like it. He treats my lower then dirt he basically hates me he thinks am scum!! I can never do any thing good enouhf to meet his standers I tell my mom but thats really like talking to a wall cause she doesn’t care.. She perfers tobe with even after all the pain he has inflicted on mei just hate EVERTYTHING. How can I leave w/o breakin the law?

What you’re telling us is your opinion on how he treats you. I agree with uyllstide that it could be tough love you’re experiencing. Maybe you should give us some examples on what he does to you that supports what you say (I.e. he ‘thinks you’re scum’).

I had the same problem with my stepfather. I honestly hated him myself, but after he died, I realized that the reason I was never good enough for his standards was because he wanted me to go off into the real world absolutely prepared. Maybe that’s not the case with you, but I must say that after I screamed at him to mow the lawn himself and he threw my head into the wall, I found that I could NOT just get my mom to mow my yard when I didn’t feel like doing it. You should bring it up with a counselor before you do anything dyer like leaving the house. Perhaps you could see about having the law help you. If all else fails, see about getting emancipated and be sure that you’re ready to live off of nothing. Good luck, I wish you the best.

Wait until your 18, or try to get emancipated, be prepared for evidence of him treating you badly.
