it cud be hives. check your arms and stuff. my boyfriend had it. you have to take benidril or put lotion on it

like on your inner thighs???

well it may be from on of your pants or shorts or something that is rubing when you walk. just rub lotion on it and clean it good int the shower. it should go away on its own
