you’ve had them your whole life? its most likely just skin pigmentations..like freckles..but only red..i have oodles of them all over my body as well..i dont think its anything to worry about.. =]
could be a mole they can be reddish like urs too. i like to call em beauty marks.
If you answer a few of my questions I might be able to put you in the right direction :) Have they been there your whole life? Do they come and go? Do they occur in the same spots or different areas all over your body? have you ever ask a doctor about them before?

They’re where your blood-vessels reach the surface of your skin, I have a whole bunch and so does my mum:P Some you can feel and then some you can’t…don’t worry too much, completely normal:P
