There’s a lot of different ways. Firstly, you HAVE TO EAT BREAKFAST. If you don’t eat breakfast, this slows down your metabolism immensly and it’s also not good for you. Secondly, you need to eat smaller meals more frequently. For example, snack throughout the day, instead of having three large meals. this helps you use the calories you’re taking in. Thridly, get exercise! If you jog in the morning, before work, or school, then this will raise your metabolism all day. Some chinese herbs also help to raise metabolism. Exercise will raise the rate of metabolism. It doesn’t even have to be cardio….walking, yoga, weights…Once you’re body starts going from fat to muscle, muscle (in and of itself) burns calories…
