My grandparents are coming over for afternoon tea, short on notice. Anyway, my grandpa absolutely loves fudge and I need a recipe that could be ready within 3 hours? :)
A healthy iftaar,a delicious way to break the fast lol!
onions 2 (medium) torai 2 brinjal 1 (small) green chilly 3-4 potato 1 (optional) besan(flour) 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste 1tsp fresh coriander leaves,a handful oil 2-3 tsp salt and chilli powder to taste
method- slice vegetables thin and all other ingredients. mix thoroughly till the mix. is moist and crumbly bt nt sticky. arrange the vegetables separately on a greased microwave tray or make balls of mix. bake in a microwave oven in the combi (180 deg centigrates) or grill mode for abt 20 min.,turning every five min. they can also be grilled in an ordinary oven bt need to be turnd freq. remove when brown brown and crispy and serve......yum yum :p
1 stick butter 2 cups sugar 3 table spoons cocoa half cup milk 1 tea spoon vanilla optional 1 cup raisins half cup peanut butter 3 cups 1 min. oats mix butter sugar cocoa and milk bring 2 a boil for 2 minutes then addeverything else and drop by spoonfulls onto wax paper let set and cool for 30 minutes are until hard enough to lift then enjoy the cookies
they are my own recipe im young but a good cook i also have peanut butter cookie and a speedy peach cobbler all original of course i never mind sharing recipes
