Questions to people that aren't advisors
You know how you can send a question to someone personally? Well, can you send a question to someone who isn’t an advisor?
BUT, the questions aren’t Personal. The recipient receives a notification of the question but the question is also displayed on the public board.
You mean the “ask me a question” button on some peoples profiles? if so then yes, everybody can have these if they wish. The add on can be toggled through your settings on your profile.
Yes, they have to have the ask me a question tool turned on. I have it turned on although I am not an advisor. To turn it on go to edit my profile and look for the link which turns it on.
