Question on copyrights and licenses.

Hey guys, I was wondering a few things for a book I am doing.

Number one is names, Can I get in trouble for using the name, Say, Zangetsu from bleach for a character name, ( Who is also a sword master. )

Or use similar things to bleach yet again, I wish to incorporate a magic system similar to bleach where its like. “Name, Encantation, Word to activate”

Also, For my story I want to use the name of a move or two from Yu-Yu hakusho, And naruto. However just the names, Not the move itself..

Basically the big point is, Can I get in trouble for writing and possibley publishing a book that takes names from things? And that are similar but not the same… ( I mean some of them are way different, For example I want dragon of the darkness flames from Yu-Yu hakusho as a name, But It will be summoning a giant dragon. Not shooting a fireball thing )
