How do i put music or pictures in my Nokia E63?

i tried all the modes…

Try to Open the music player and –> Options –> Refresh

it depends what storage you have, memory stick, or phone storage and also… do you have the driver installed?

when i do that it says usb conection in progress with a loading bar…and its been going on for so long…is it because the phone is slow or sumthing?

You may have to reinstall the device drivers

Safely remove the device from your computer> go to the start menu on your computer> control panel> hardware and sound> Devices and printers> Device Manager> Check under disk drives or removable storage and delete the phones drivers. Next time you plug it in it will reinstall
