What should i put in my hair to keep it healthy after swimming without shampooing?
Chlorine dries out your hair so a leave in spray conditoner would be perfect.
leave in conditioner works while in the pool but also use pantiene or something like that to get the mmositure back into your hair… that should help
chlorine stays in your hair no mater what sometimes special shampoos and conditioners do get it out but i use baking soda mixed with regular shampoo i swim alot so thats what i use and it helps
