Find an agent in your area and get into acting classes. An agent shouldn’t charge you unless they book you a job and in that case they’ll just need a percentage of your earnings.
I already asked my dad, and he said that was silly.
The best way is to get yourself out there are much as possible, youtube videos, school plays, community plays, open mic nights at coffee houses, seeking out an agent. Getting noticed usually doesnt happen over night and it takes alot of work.
I used to be in commercials when I was younger just because of an agent. It just wasn’t what I wanted to do so I got out of it. I dont see why it’s “silly”
