pinkee, the best option for most girls is shaving. Most of the hair removal creams are just for bikini lines, and not for the entire genital area, because that area is sensitive and the creams can dry & irritate the skin.

The best way to shave is during a warm/hot shower. Soak in the shower for a couple of minutes so that the warm water opens up your pores to make shaving easier. Use a new razor (as old razors will not give you a clean shave and can deposit dirt under your skin) AND use shaving cream (or use aloe vera moisturizing cream as a good substitute). After shaving and drying yourself off, moisturize the area again to keep the skin supple. Moisturize often. By doing all this, you will minimize the risk of bumps and itchiness after shaving.

Keep in mind though the the first few occasions that you shave, you will get some bumps regardless, but your skin will get used to it after awhile and you will get less and less bumps over time.

Im also 13 and I agree…to shave it but when the hair starts to grow back it does itcha lil bit so BEWARE if your in public you dont want people staring at you whil yu sratch your coochie-lol

I tried using veet and it doesn’t fully remove your hair and it leaves nasty bumps everywhere. and now my bumps won’t go away :(

You will get bumps and it iches but I prefere veet cause nair smells like something nasty crawled up in your putty and ied… So ya use veet works great!

this is awkward but shaving is the best sulution . I only shave when I go to the pool or with a guy(you never know whats going to happen.) but be careful because after you shave and if you avoid it for like more than a week after it starts to grow back and become stubs and it gets itchy and irratated. I’m 16 and don’t wory about it every girl has a flaw you may not know it but it’s true.
