PS3 ?2

I called gamestop and they said they quit making the 60gig systems now is there way from sony where they can screw me on my system or cut it from playing games. If that’s the case can I ask them for a new free one no warranty though.

are you asking if sony can shut your system down remotely because they don’t make the model you have any more… because in that case nope

No, your 60 gig is fine, it just means that if you ever wanted to buy a new PS3 you wouldn’t be able to get another original speck one.

They stopped making them because they wanted to make the new ones a bit cheaper, the newer PS3’s don’t have a card reader and are not backwoods compatible for PS2 games, that’s the only difference, so don’t worry:)
