What much I use for my hair to grow faster
Hey, I work for Toni&Guy and sadly to say nothing you out on your hair will make it grow faster otherwise id be using everything lol, honestly the only thing that may help is vitamin b supplements and a good balanced diet, eat oily fish and make sure you get a lot of vitamin b and iron in your actiual diet, holland and barrat vitamin b complex for the hair works, I take them and it really helps the condition of your hair, getting it trimmed doesnt actually make much difference in helping it grow, just tthe condition. rosemary oil added to your shampoo may be of help it's not for sure but it is a major stimulant so it can aid in healthier hair. if you are pregnant though dont do this because since it's a stimulant it can harm the baby. take vitamins and eat lots of proteine and in time your hair will be more healthy and hopefully grow faster =]
get some bergamot oil or bayrum and add it to your shampoo, it will increase the condition of your hair which will cause it to grow faster, also folic acid supplement (very cheap, from your pharmacy). These will improve the condition of you hair which will cause it to grow faster.
No product will make your hair grow faster.
Good nutrition and regular trims to keep it healthy are your only option.
Apparently eating Jelly is good for your hair and nails and makes it grow strong and healthy :)
Prenatal vitamins are your best bet
