problems of mastubating

hi this is sam… I being masturbating for the past seven years…right now I am twenty one…after I mastrubate I feel my palm becomes dry and my back pains a lot…I feel my whole right side got tight…next day it pains a lot in back…I feel tired always…I don know what todo… I don know whether it is a really the problem of masturbation otherwise I am pscycologicaly affected… or I am suffering from stress … if any one can really help me in this please do…
