problem! looked everywhere but no answers!

in the last few months I have been having some unexplained problems, I cant go to a docter because I know that the cause of this problem was a very potent steroid, the day after I first took this fast acting drug I had 4-5 strange bouts of extreme dizziness that was crushing down on me, followed by not having a clue where I was, what I was doing, or where I was going, this all happened leeding upto and throughout work it must have lasted around 20seconds an episode it was horrible, but I kept ending up in places I didnt intend to be, like walking out of my shop and down the street thinking I had to be somwhere. I am a very healthy person I dont drink or smoke, no softdrinks, simple sugars, no caffeine and not on any medications. if anyone could give me a direction to look in I would be very very appreciative as this has happened several times to lesser degrees since and am worried it could be a lead up to a stroke, thanks in advance.
