So this morning I was using my phone and it was fully charged at 100%. All of a sudden, the screen went black at about 98% and it would not respond to anything (I tried pressing the top button and the home button and I tried pressing them at the same time to restart my phone but nothing happened). The next thing I did was plug it back in the charger. The apple came back on the screen and it restarted normally. As I was using my phone, the screen went black and the problem started all over again. I plugged it into an outlet and the apple would come on the screen as if it were trying to restart, but nothing would happen like it was frozen. I tried connecting it to my laptop so I could reboot it, but my laptop doesn't recognize that it's connected. I called customer support but they don't know what's going on. I left my phone on the charger for a while and I can make the apple go away if I press the top and home buttons so the screen goes black, then it says that the battery is dead although it's been in the charger for over an hour. I don't know what to do! Has anyone else had this problem? I googled it and it seems that no one else has had this happen to them.... :(
I'm not sure if its gonna work but try holding the power button and the home at the same time, than let go after then seconds but still keep your finger on the home button. then hold it like that for ten more seconds. If that doesn't work I think you have to do something with itunes.. Thats at least what I remember... Not quite sure but try what i said up there ^^
Try removing the battery? then after a few moments turn it back on, possibly it can restart itself over processing everything back to normal...I don't have one, though I wish too one day^^, but I hope you figure out your problem soon enough~ <33
