How woudl you describe and characterize the phenomena called “private” & public self- consciousness
Well I think private is when you are doing something and you feel overly self conscious when someone is watching. Public self consciousness is like speaking or acting in front of a large crowd. I think I feel both of these all the time. My dad helped me to become a basket case and feel I need to watch everything I do and not mess up. I grew up with heavy criticism.
