Awe you know...Boys appreciate anything you get them. its like thats saying says "its the thought that counts" I say you make him a card...instead of buying one...and find whatever he is interested in and get him something like if hes into the video games...and you notice hes been eyeing a specific one...give it to him or if money is not very good at the moment. then cook for him.
make him his favorite food. if you dont know what it is well then ask him. as long as he feels that he hasnt been forgotten he will love it...just make him feel special it is his day.(=
