Pregnant .. Stomach was squeezed?

This might be a dumb question but im in my ninth week of pregnancy and my dumbass brother squeezed my stomach tightly[ he doesnt know im preg].. Is that something to be worried about? Could it have hurt the baby ? My stomache doesnt hurt or nething and it doesnt feel different .. Just wondering . I might just be paranoid

You cannot usually hurt the baby by squeezing… ok maybe a man could but he would have to do it a long time and very hard…most likely what would happen is the cord would get squashed stopping the blood/oxygen supply but he would have to hold on a long time and be lucky/unlucky enough to have got the cord. It is a slippery thing and would get moved out of the way most times.

You cannot squeeze the baby out either… it takes tremendous force… people have tried it as a means of abortion and usually the mother gets injured first.

Your baby is well protected and even a tumble down the stairs could be ok but dont try that… babies have been lost that way…it all depends how you fall and you will hurt yourself first long before the baby.

Best to discourage your brother…tell him you have the squits and its catching…he might keep away from you then !

Well my boyfriend alway’s squeezes mine 9month pregnancy belly and that kills so at 9 weeks it will be fine. yhoo shud tell him
