I didn’t do this or was thinging of doing this its just my girlfriend and me played with each other I got sperm on my self and she used her panties to clean her hand and put them on

The chances are very slim, but there is still a chance. Anytime sperm get’s near the vagina, it can enter it and get her pregnant.

normally sperm cant live in the air for more then 5 seconds, so I highly doubt it.
