Your chances are very much increased. Here's why - Precum in itself doesn't contain sperm but it is a risk because it will wash sperm out of the urethra. Since he JUST ejaculated, there was more than enough sperm present which was most likely washed out with precum and could cause a pregnancy. (note: precum almost always washes out some sperm as they can live for a long time in his urethra.)
Your best course of action would be to get the morning after pill aka emergency contraceptive ASAP to prevent a possible pregnancy.

You don't have that much of a chance because he ejaculated inside the condom. Then you gave him head, saliva kills sperm so that lowers your chance. There is like a 15% chance that you are but remember it only takes one.
