If I am pregnant is there any way to not put on too many pounds beside what the baby belly weighs?

Probably not. Besides the baby’s weight, there is also the weight of the enlarged uterus, not to mention most likely parts of your body will swell under the weight of what you are carrying. But if you’re pregnant, you shouldnt really be worrying about your weight, honestly.

I suppose try to stay active for as long as you can, and definitely after the baby is born to loose the extra poundage. Try to eat right too, though if you have cravings by all means dont ignore them (though you probably couldn’t anyways :P)

Stop worrying about your weight, you have a baby to think about now. Get some good nutrition and you’ll drop the weight much easier after the baby is born.
