Everyone is always trying to answer the question, but who on earth brought it up in the first place and why did they bring it up? Just to frustrate everyone?
Apparently its one of the oldest and most famous english riddles.wikipedia says it was first printed in1847 in the New York monthly magazine "The Knickerbocker".
Hmm...we always call it a joke over here. Like "Why did the kid throw the clock out the window?".... "He wanted to see time fly."
