Not by starving yourself or anything..
With a sensible diet and 3-5 day workout routine, you could lose up to 1-1.5lb. of fat and ~1-2lb. of water weight. Of course, this depends on how far into a diet you are. The beginning of a diet, you'll lose 3-7lb. a week because most of it is water weight and some fat. After a few weeks, you'll lose 1-2lb. a week of muscle/fat depending on how well you can control fat loss in the diet.
On my 12-week diet towards my first competition, I lost 5lb. in the first 2 weeks because it was mostly water. After the 5th week, I was averaging .75-1.2lb/week and I was eating 500 calories under maintenance with lot sof protein and 20-30% fat intake.
I eat 1300 a day and exercise three times a week. I also cut out almost everything that's unhealthy and I'm overweight and just started improving my lifestyle so I'm loosing a good amount of weight
On the biggest loser they lose up to 10lbs but that's exercising all day and eating right. I manage to loose 3lbs a week but average is one to two pounds
On the biggest loser they are almost morbidly obese and therefore they can lose that amount of weight. Most people lose about 2-4 lbs a week (1-2 kg's)
I'd say healthily you can lose about 4 lbs. if you eat right & exercise. Just my opinion though.
uhhhhhhhh depends I guess if you exercise a certain amount and eat certain foods.
wow sound good, do you mind sharing what you do
The normal amount is 1lb per week.
