The general name for such a program ..... [ that makes one type of digital computer behave as though it were another type of digital computing device ] ..... is an " Emulator ".
Nintendo released a Wii emulator [ called "Dolphin") to run on PC's in order to assist with game development work. This emulator was initially released about 7 to 8 years ago with strict contractual secrecy and non-disclosure clauses that prevented public distribution (Not that it would have been any good to gamers, as PC's were not at that time powerful enough to provide acceptable game play).
The "Dolphin" emulator has now been made available in the public domain as an open source program and has undergone further independent development to the extent that it is now possible to run many Wii games on modern PC's running the latest revisions of "Dolphin".

NB I have never used the Dolphin emulator so I cannot vouch for its effectiveness.

They will probably use webcams for games in the future but it wont be as good as the Wii
If there was that possibility, it wouldn't be a Wii game - it would be a computer game
there are emulators but there hard to setup
